Overview

NoteMe ("the App") is a simple notepad app developed by Make It Simple. We are committed to protecting your privacy. In short: your notes stay on your device.

Your Account

The App has no sign-up screen. We never ask for your name, email address or phone number.

Data Collection

What Stays On Your Device

• Your notes - The title, text and date of each note are stored in a database on your device. We have no servers and never receive them

This data is deleted when you delete a note, clear the App's data or uninstall the App.

Export, Import and Sharing

You can export your notes to a file, share a note, or import notes from a file. This happens only when you choose it. Exported files and shared notes go where you send them, using your device's file picker or share sheet, and are then outside the App's control.

Permissions

The App doesn't request any special permissions.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
